What we collect
When you fill out a form on this site — the dolly configurator, Fuel Savings Calculator, contact form, or guest check-in kiosk — we collect the information you submit (name, company, email, phone, and any spec or message you include). Server logs collect routine technical information (IP, user agent, request timing) for operations and security.
How we use it
We use what you share to respond to your inquiry, route the lead to the right person on our engineering or sales team, and keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with marketing networks.
How long we keep it
We retain lead records as part of our customer history — the same way we keep order records for the equipment we build. If you would like a copy of what we have, or you would like it deleted, email info@silvereaglemfg.com and we will take care of it.
Cookies
