In-house CAD, FEA, and rapid prototyping.

Custom builds drafted, simulated, prototyped, and tested without leaving the building. Our engineers sit twenty steps from the shop floor, which is why turnaround is fast and design intent never gets lost in translation.

E-COAT FINISHING

11-stage E-coat for mil-spec corrosion protection.

An 11-stage electrocoating process applied uniformly to every weld and inside every cavity, finished with a high-quality polyurethane topcoat. The same finish that goes on our military builds.

YARD TRUCK REFURBISHMENT

Full-cycle yard truck restoration.

We strip, repair, recoat, and rebuild yard trucks to OEM specification. Same in-house fabrication, welding, and E-coat line we use for new equipment — applied to extending the life of the assets you already own.
