Silver Eagle LTT-HC · Heavy Chassis

Spec is what the brochure says. Margin is what survives the duty cycle.

A heavy-chassis tactical platform engineered for sustained off-road loading, field-environment exposure, and the duty cycles that turn up structural weak points where you cannot afford them.

Where the LTT-HC fits

For the haul that punishes a standard chassis.

Heavy tactical haul has tolerances civilian-spec equipment was never engineered for. Sustained off-road loading. Field-environment exposure. The duty cycle that turns up structural weak points the day you cannot afford them.

The LTT-HC is engineered for that environment. Same finishing line as the rest of our military builds. Same Silver Eagle engineering discipline that has pulled for the U.S. Army for decades.

How it's engineered

CHASSIS MARGIN

Plated and gusseted for the load you actually carry.

Cross-bracing and gusseting are sized to the duty cycle, not to a brochure number. The chassis takes sustained heavy load with the structural margin field deployment demands.

OFF-ROAD SUSPENSION

Engineered for the real route, not the paved one.

Suspension geometry is tuned for sustained off-road loading. The LTT-HC does not pretend the road is always paved.

CERTIFICATION TRACEABILITY

Every weld documented to certified procedure.

AWS D1.1 procedure on record, welder on record, traceability built into the build process. The paperwork is part of the product.
