Where we bring your
products and ideas to life
One building in Portland. Steel and aluminum come in one end; tested, coated, road-ready equipment goes out the other. Everything in between happens here — cutting, welding, e-coat, paint, assembly. Click a station, or take the tour.

Cut & Machine
Steel goes in, parts come out
Everything downstream depends on this room getting it right. Flat parts, tube, machined components — all cut here, on our own machines, to tolerances measured in thousandths.
- Laser · 6KW Mitsubishi 4020 · Flying Optic CO₂
- Router · MultiCam 5000 Series CNC
- Vertical mills · Okuma 3-axis CNC (×2)
- Lathe · Mazak Quickturn 20 CNC
- Band saw · CNC DoAll · dual column, dual miter

Welding
Where a pile of parts becomes a frame
The loud part of the building. Bays run side by side so a rush unit never has to sit behind a production run, and robotic cells handle the repeat work that has to measure the same every time.
- Certified welding · AWS D1.1 · D1.2 · D1.6 · D17.1
- Robotic welding · 2-station cell, steel products
- Manual weld bays · MIG & TIG bays

Blast & E-Coat
The layer you never see doing the work
Blasted back to clean metal, then fully immersed in electro-deposition epoxy — so the coating reaches the inside of every tube and the back of every corner a spray gun will never touch.
- E-coat line · 11-stage electro-deposition epoxy
- Sand blasting · Large-capacity enclosed blast

Paint
Color, and the specs that come with it
Four heated booths, so matching a fleet color does not tie up the line for everyone else — and CARC when the job calls for a coating that has to survive more than weather.
- Heated paint booths · Qty 4
- Spray coatings · CARC · automotive · commercial

Assembly & Test
Where it becomes a machine
Air lines, wiring, lights, decking, hardware — and the testing that happens before anything leaves. Engineering sits steps away, which is why a problem found here gets answered the same afternoon.
- Assembly · Full build-out and final fit
- Testing · In-house, pre-delivery
- Engineering & modeling · On site

Shipping
Out the door, onto the road
Dock doors on the south wall. Finished units stage here before they head out — to fleets, to bases, to the customer who spec’d something nobody had built before.

Parts & Racks
Somebody is walking out here right now
The rack section. When you call about a part for a unit built decades ago, this is where the answer lives — and someone here genuinely walks out to look at the shelf.

Front Office
The people who pick up the phone
Lobby, offices, and the lunch room. Attached to the shop on purpose — the person quoting your build can walk thirty feet and go look at it.
- Engineering & design · In-house
- ISO 9001:2015 · ANAB / TÜV Rheinland certified
Got something nobody has built before?
Engineering sits in the same building as the weld bay. Bring us the problem and we will tell you straight whether we can build it.
